David Hickman (Executive Director)
David serves as the founder and lead visionary of CharlotteONE, providing the overall leadership and strategic thinking for this unified movement of local churches. He earned a B.A. in Bible and Religion from Montreat College and a Master of Divinity degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. David's passion is to see young professionals come to know the love of God through Jesus Christ. David and his wife Monica live in Charlotte with their two boys, Ryan and Cole.
Ross Chapman (Director of Operations)
Ross creates and cultivates partnerships with local churches in Charlotte and seeks to connect young adults with those churches, as well as maintains the daily operations of CharlotteONE. He earned a B.A. in Christian Educational Ministries and Business Management from Taylor University and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He and his wife, Candace, are passionate about the Gospel of Jesus Christ, His Church, people, and the Indianapolis Colts.
Shannon Kluth (Executive Admin Assistant)
Shannon handles the behind-the-scenes administrative tasks for CharlotteONE and is often the initial contact for visitors and new volunteers. She completed her Associates in Applied Science in Office Administration at Central Piedmont Community College in 2010. She is actively involved in leading the young adult ministry at her church and is passionate about communicating Christ's love to her own generation. Shannon enjoys spoiling her dog Streudel, staying organized through lots of list-making, and anything Disney!
