Leadership Team
CharlotteONE is led by Executive Director, David Hickman. David provides the visionary leadership, strategic thinking and passion for this unified movement of local churches. He earned a B.A. in Bible and Religion from Montreat College and is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary where he earned a Masters of Divinity degree. David's passion is to see young adults and singles come to know the love of God through Jesus Christ. David and his wife Monica live in North Charlotte with their two sons, Ryan and Cole.
The leadership team of CharlotteONE consists of 15-20 young adults and singles from a variety of ages, races, backgrounds, denominations and experiences. Members of the team are required to be a functioning member of a local church as well as serving in their local church in a leadership/serving capacity.
Underneath the leadership team are 70+ committed volunteers who make CharlotteONE happen each week.
