Audio/Visual
The goal of our audio/visual team is to set-up, tear-down, operate and manage all A/V equipment used on Tuesday nights.
Includes: Setting up all audio and visual equipment for CharlotteONE gatherings. - Monday's (6:00p - 7:00p)
Connecting
The goal of our connecting team is to intentionally and authentically help those who attend CharlotteONE build healthy relationships with God and each other.
Includes: Helping CharlotteONE attendees connect with one another and local churches. - Tuesday's (6:30p - 8:30p)
Environment
The goal of our environment team is to create an irresistible environment that serves to lead the participant into authentic worship to God and healthy relationships with one another.
Includes: Decorating the Sanctuary for CharlotteONE gatherings. - Monday's (6:00p - 7:00p)
Greeting
The goal of our greeting team is to make those who attend CharlotteONE feel welcomed and valued in a highly personalized way.
Includes: Welcoming CharlotteONE attendees and taking up the weekly offering. - Tuesday's (6:30p - 8:30p)
Hospitality
The goal of our hospitality team is to thoughtfully care for CharlotteONE staff, volunteers and attenders through highly creative means.
Includes: Preparing meals for band and assisting with local vendors. - Tuesday's (6:20p - 7:00p)
Ministry
The goal of our ministry team is to listen, pray and be available for spiritual conversation at all CharlotteONE gatherings.
Includes: Praying and ministering to CharlotteONE attendees after each gathering. - Tuesday's (8:15p - 9:00p)
Outreach
The goal of our outreach team is to develop and implement creative ways of effectively engaging our city with the Gospel through social justice issues.
Includes: Collecting donated items on a weekly basis and working with Charlotte non-profit organizations to plan service projects (Various time requirements).
Parking
The goal of our parking team is to provide a receptive first impression of CharlottONE and reflect the image of Christ's love to anyone who pulls into the parking lot/garage. (Oh yeah... We also park cars every now and then!)

Set Up
